It came to be called it's no use crying over spilt milk in the meaning referred to as never being able to return to have occurred once from this talk.
Incidentally this talk is one of many of the traditions of a fisherman, and it is not not necessarily a historical fact (there is same anecdote about 朱買臣 which is a character of that a container called a tray does not exist in circumferential cost, and front 漢).
