An apartment and an apartment difference?
An "apartment" and "apartment" There are various names in a "condominium", "heights", and a room for rent further. What are these differences?
Vaguely, an "apartment" has a cheap image and an "apartment" has a high image. There is no standard clearly distinguishable to put it bluntly. However, there is a rough standard.
First, an apartment is as to what kind of thing it is,
- Three or more stories
- Structures are RC 造 (鉄筋コンクリート造), SRC 造 (鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート造), and weight 鉄骨造.
- There may be a janitor.
- Insulation raises.
- A rent raises.
- There is much larger room.
- Equipment is substantial in many cases.
It is just going to say.
Then, it is when it comes to an apartment,
- Two or less stories
- Wooden, 軽量鉄骨造, weight 鉄骨造
- the case where there is no janitor -- almost
- Insulation lowers.
- A rent lowers.
- There is little large room.
- Equipment has few cases of being substantial.
It is just going to say.
It is called an apartment, if it is 2 stories fundamentally and is an apartment and 3 stories or more. This is the custom of the real estate industry.
If it is an apartment, it is a good housing, and if an apartment is referred to as whether to be a housing which is not good, it does not necessarily have such a thing, either. If there is an apartment where it is thin-walled and insulation is lower, there is also an apartment where insulation is high by firm wall material. If good structure material is used, building expenses will become high and a rent will also become high. Conversely, a rent will become low if it builds by cheap structure material.
After all, since the right and wrong of the room are decided by substantial structure, judgment is impossible by a name. As a standard which looks for a housing, it is important to turn one's eyes to the difference in structure rather than a name.
